Saab Announces Plans To Sell Auto Parts In US

Many people that drive luxury cars have a difficult time locating discount auto parts in the US, but Saab is planning to announce that they will be offering US residents access auto parts as a result of their contract with Hirsch Performance. Although the car parts will only be available for the 2007 through 2010 model Saab, the car manufacturer believes that customers will respond to the news positively. In addition to car parts, Hirsch Performance will also be offering a line of alloy wheels, spoiler kits and sport springs. The most exciting car part that Saab and Hirsch Performance will bring to the US market is the remapped ECU, which will be available for the turbo 2.8-liter V6 and the turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-4 engine. Many sports and luxury car owners cannot easily find these types of car accessories at local merchants. Some new car owners may be concerned about whether or not these auto parts will be covered under their original Saab warranties. So far, it looks like the auto maker will be honoring new car warranties so long as the parts are installed within 60 days of sale.

As many other car makers plan to make exciting announcements at the Detroit Auto Show, Saab is taking measures to make sure that they do not become overshadowed. The Hirsch Performance auto parts will be sold only at authorized Saab dealerships, where certified auto technicians will be installing the parts. Volkswagen Unveiling New Car At 2011 North American International Auto Show

For the first time in years Volkswagen is unveiling a new car, and they plan to do it with style. After choosing Chattanooga, Tennessee as the city that the ‘NMS’ would be built in, Volkswagen hired a team of more than 1,000 automotive workers to work on their newest edition. In recent years, more car companies in the US have been closing down plants than building them. In Newark, Delaware, a Chrysler plant was closed down right before Christmas of 2008 and several other car manufacturers followed suit. Now that Volkswagen has put Chattanooga on the automotive manufacturing map, residents are as thankful for the job opportunities as they are of the honor it has brought their legendary city.
Volkswagen to price the yet to be officially named car competitively. It has been designed to include a roomier interior and other features that North Americans seem to love in cars. The production process will start almost immediately after Volkswagen shows the world their newest project at the 2011 North American International Auto Show. Volkswagen plans to have the car in mass production in the early spring of 2011 and on showroom floors by the summer.
